I tried getting a straight answer from "Ooma India," but only received a maybe answer? I am upgrading to the Telo from the original Hub. I purchased online direct from my account page, purchasing the special now available. Does anyone know if a tracking number is e-mailed to let the customer know when to expect product? I see that my credit card has received a debit for the Telo, so I know the order went through.

Any help will be apprecited.
